General Labor Event Staff

This is an on-the-job training position to assist selected customer in support of assembling, relocating, stacking, moving and other basic skills needed to perform the assigned duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Possess a willingness to learn an additional skill involving the use of special or trade defined tools.
• Knowledge of small hand tools and working in a confined space with supervision is necessary.
• Strong listening and team work skills to perform simple or redundant tasks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles and procedures
• Proficiency in verbal communications
• Should have a lot of patience when communicating with the client
• Should be attentive to details and adhere to direction
• Should have good listening skills and be versatile
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment would be a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs. properly
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Knowledge of the use of hand tools such as hammers, saws, screw drivers, etc.
